Unauthorized Access to OMLogic’s Google Merchant Center Account
OMLogic would like to inform customers, partners, and the public that we have identified unauthorized access affecting our Google Merchant Center account. This incident has resulted in unauthorized changes to product feeds, listings, account settings and has led to the publication of content, links, offers, or advertisements that were not created, approved, or authorized by OMLogic. If you notice anything unusual, inconsistent with our typical branding, messaging, or services, please treat it as suspicious and do not rely on it. Further, please refrain from making any payments to any links, accounts, or instructions appearing in such unauthorized content. We have taken immediate steps to contain and address the incident, including:
- Initiating the account recovery and security review process.
- Reached out to law enforcement authorities to investigate the criminal incident.
- Initiating appropriate legal steps in relation to the unauthorized activity.
What this means for you:
- Do not trust any recent Merchant Center linked product listings, promotions, pricing, or messages.
- If you have received any message or seen any listing that prompts you to click unknown links, download files, provide personal or payment details, or make transfers, please stop immediately, avoid further interaction.
