KAPIL GUPTA, Chief Executive Officer

Kapil Gupta is Founder & CEO of OMLogic Consulting, one of India’s leading online & social media agency. He is known for his analytical and strategic thinking, relishes thinking out-of-the-box. Kapil has been responsible for making OMLogic one of the top social media agencies in India.

Kapil is very passionate about Online Marketing and brings with him in-depth expertise. At OMLogic, he heads online strategy & implementations for various multinational customers across verticals such as Entertainment, Education, IT Services, Real Estate and Event Promotion. Kapil is a thought leader in the area of Social Media Marketing. Kapil has been an avid speaker on Online Marketing & Entrepreneurship, both domestically & internationally. His previous speaking assignments include speaking at SMX Singapore, OMCAR 2008 & 2009 and various Business Schools such as MDI Institute of Management, EMPI Institute of Management, BULMIM, NSIT, UPES, BITS Pilani, etc.

Kapil got his start at IBM as part of their premier leadership program in Supply Chain Management and spent over 6 years in IT and Supply Chain Management, and held numerous leadership positions in IT and Supply Chain Management. At IBM, Kapil learned the nuts and bolts of partnerships and business relationships and developed an expertise in understanding online behavior.

After completing his B.Tech from NSIT (formerly DIT) in 1999, Kapil graduated from North Carolina State University with M.S. in Industrial Engg. He is also the co-founder of OM Careers, a non-profit and world’s first online marketing careers community, and was one of key persons behind OMCAR, world’s first online marketing careers conference & expo.

ABHIJIT ROY

Abhijit Roy is the COO of OMLogic and takes care of consistent delivery for all of its customer. He is also the Founder and Director of AAPNA Infotheek, which develops websites, web applications, and provides software solutions to various international clients.

He is a software professional with varied managerial experience across different platforms, and countries. Earlier work commitments include a stint as Delivery Head at Infopro Worldwide and Proprietor at Infotheek Computers. As a Senior Software Engineer, he also lent his professional expertise to one of the largest mortgage companies in the US - Countrywide Homes loans.

Currently Mr. Roy is busy establishing a software delivery team to service the small and medium sized clients and has successfully delivered solutions to clients across four countries.

Lavanya Rastogi is a Management Thought Leader, International Business Strategist and an expert on Cross-cultural Negotiations. Mr. Rastogi has been Co-founder and CEO of five international corporations in the fields of Information Technology, Investment Banking and Management Consulting with business footprint across 24 countries.

Mr. Rastogi received his Master of Science in eBusiness & BS in Information Technology and has 14 research publications to his credit. He is also member of a Global Think Tank and advices various Fortune 500 companies, Government organizations and NGOs and has been a Coach/Mentor to many of their strategic project.
