About Us

On May 9th, 2007, a group of passionate individuals got together and created OMLogic. We have all witnessed and experienced, first hand, the magic of Web as the great equalizer. In our previous venture, on a shoe-string budget, we built a site that drew over a million visitors per year – it took us a few months to achieve this goal. All of the members of OMLogic team thrive when we work on planting seeds and turning them into seedlings – we enjoy building businesses. We also learned how to run businesses after going to school of hard knocks but are less than passionate about this phase – in our hearts we prefer to be serial entrepreneurs.

For us getting into the business of helping other businesses harness the power of the Web in growing their reach or taking on bigger competitors gives us the best of both worlds. We get to work on the part that is our passion, a win for us; and our clients get to realize the full potential of their business, a win for them. We get to play the role of serial entrepreneurs – virtually.


	Pradeep Chopra
	Pradeep Chopra is one of the co-founders of OMLogic. He is also the founder and president of OM Careers, a non-profit and world’s first online marketing careers community.

Prior to OMLogic, Pradeep was one of the founders of Whizlabs Software, where he developed the online business model for which Whizlabs won the 'Most Innovative Indian IT Company' award from NASSCOM in 2004. Online Marketing is his passion and he is among the pioneers in India who started using online marketing in 2000. He is an international speaker and an author on online marketing. His previous speaking assignments include speaking at SES, San Jose (USA). He is also an avid blogger and frequently blogs on Online Marketing at SEMPO, NASSCOM, OM Careers and VentureWoods communities. Pradeep is an IIT Delhi Alumni and is also a member of the SEMPO's Global Committee. He is also on advisory board of TiE’s Internet SIG (Special Interest Group), which is aimed to be the voice of Internet in India.


	Kapil Nakra
	Kapil Nakra is one of the co-founders of OMLogic. Kapil is an entrepreneur by heart, Kapil is known for his big picture thinking and risk-taking spirit. Kapil started his first venture, within a year after graduation, when he co-founded Whizlabs, a leader in IT certification preparation domain.

He pioneered the efforts in building online market for Whizlabs assessment solutions for enterprises, and implemented it with 100+ corporate customers including blue chips such as Cisco. As Head of Marketing at Whizlabs, he was responsible for producing transformational results in generating online revenue. He is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.


	Kapil Gupta
	Kapil Gupta is one of the co-founders of OMLogic. Kapil is very passionate about Search Engine Marketing and brings with him in-depth expertise in various facets of Search Marketing. At OMLogic, he heads SEM implementations for various multinational customers across verticals such as Real Estate, Education, IT Services and Event Promotion. Kapil is a thought leader in the area of conversion oriented SEO and SEM.

Kapil has been an avid speaker on Online Marketing & Entrepreneurship. His previous speaking assignments include speaking at OMCAR 2008 and at various Business Schools such as MDI Institute of Management and EMPI Institute of Management. Kapil got his start at IBM as part of their premier leadership program in Supply Chain Management and spent over 6 years in IT and Supply Chain Management, and held numerous leadership positions in IT and Supply Chain Management. At IBM, Kapil learned the nuts and bolts of partnerships and business relationships and developed an expertise in understanding online behavior. After completing his B.Tech. from NSIT (formerly DIT) in 1999, Kapil graduated from North Carolina State University with M.S. in Industrial Engg. He is also the co-founder of OM Careers, a non-profit and world's first online marketing careers community, and was one of key persons behind OMCAR 2008, world's first online marketing careers conference & expo.


	Suresh Arora
	Suresh Arora is one of the co-founders of OMLogic. Suresh is a mentor and an advisor at heart. His passion is helping businesses grow. Suresh was General Partner at Southeast Interactive, a RTP, N.C., based venture fund Southeast Interactive Technology Fund III, a $135 million fund.

Prior to joining Southeast Interactive he spent 25 years in technology development, operational, and general management roles with Hughes. At Hughes, he managed businesses that sold products and services in over 40 countries around the globe. He was a key player in laying the foundation for Hughes presence in India. Suresh holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of Delhi College of Engineering.
