1. The information that we passed on to the net or television was used by the terrorists through their sound communication network. And the time they resisted the forces is a proof.

2. They met their two goals - (a) Grabbing Attention of the World (b) Creating Terror among population.

3. Jeopardizing the economy (damaged Travel Industry) by by proving India a unsecured nation. 

So sometimes too much information is harmful (especially when it is negative).</description>
