		<description>I Love the "Hope Magical Results" comment! I used to work for that company (which hereafter and ever shall remain nameless).

While I agree content is crucial in my experience engagement,engagement and more dogged engagement is the real key to SMM success. That's why I quit my former company and started my own...so I can focus on a few customers to acheive maximum results. 

You make excellent points however in that the actual ROI is subjective and depends on the approach. I would add measurable results also need to reflect the starting desired results or goals as well.

It's not a cookie cutter business and everyone needs to be a little unique so a standard ROI formula seems impossible to me!</description>
