Kapil got his start at IBM as part of their premier leadership program in Supply Chain Management and spent over 6 years in IT and Supply Chain Management. As an IBM US employee, Kapil has held numerous leadership positions in IT and Supply Chain Management, learned the nuts and bolts of partnerships and business relationships and how these can be enhanced using information technology. He is well recognized in the field of B2B implementations. He completed his MS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU) after graduating from Delhi Institute of Technology.
